Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Braidz Lounge! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our services. By booking an appointment or receiving services at Braidz Lounge, you agree to these Terms in full.
1. Appointments & Deposits

All appointments require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking to secure your slot.

Deposits will be applied toward your final service balance.

If you cancel without rescheduling, your deposit will be forfeited.

To reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
2. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in your deposit being kept, plus a charge equal to 50% of the service price.

No-shows will be charged 100% of the service price and may be restricted from booking future appointments.

We understand emergencies happen—please contact us promptly to avoid penalties where possible.
3. Late Arrivals

A 15-minute grace period is given for late arrivals.

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled, and the No-Show Policy may apply.
4. Client Expectations

Please arrive with your hair properly prepped as instructed before your appointment (detangled, clean, etc.).

Additional charges may apply for detangling or prepping if your hair is not ready.

Respectful and courteous behavior is expected in the salon at all times.
5. Product Use & Allergies

Braidz Lounge uses high-quality, natural, and organic products whenever possible.

If you have any allergies or sensitivities, it is your responsibility to inform us before the service begins.

We are not liable for allergic reactions caused by undisclosed conditions.
6. Payment

Final payments are due immediately after service.

We accept cash, Zelle, and other methods as noted at the time of booking.
7. Right to Refuse Service
Braidz Lounge reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service to any individual for reasons including but not limited to: lateness, inappropriate behavior, non-compliance with salon policies, or hygiene concerns.
8. Liability
Clients agree that Braidz Lounge and its owner shall not be held liable for any damage or loss incurred as a result of hair services performed, including allergic reactions or hair damage due to pre-existing conditions or improper post-care.
9. Updates to Terms
These Terms and Conditions are subject to change at any time. Clients will be notified of any major updates via email or in-salon announcements.
